Hi Im New here.

Very appreciate your advise on my issues stated below:

1) For Sole Proprietor registration their businees name in TAP is under the owners name. Tax invoices we issued should be under company name right? Because my client is asking me why his business Name in TAP is the Owner Name not Company Name.

Sole Proprietor registration - when your first registered, you should have added in your company name as the Trading Name. Request Customs to amend.

Yes, tax invoices should be under company name.
