GST is chargeable on
1. Any taxable supply of goods and services (exempt and out of scope supply not included. )
2. Made in the course of furtherance of business (exclude hobby)
3. Made by a taxable person (turnover exceeding RM500K)
4. Made in Malaysia (Place of supply is in Malaysia)
