Sales Commisions

Post by Poon1 on Thu Jun 25, 2015 6:57 pm

Hi. I have question regarding on GST.
Below is the sitution that my company is facing:-
I quote to my customer A, RM10/unit and they manage to sell RM15/unit to customer B. Thus, I need to pay the different of RM5 to Customer A for every unit sold to Customer B as Sales commisions. Since we could not simply issue credit or debit note, what can i do?

Request customer A to give you a tax invoice if he is GST-registered for the commission he is entitled to.
