I believe you have to log-in to your company account via the Taxpayer Access Point and submit a scanned copy of your documents.

I have tried but there isn't any related section in TAP for me to apply simplify tax invoice. I'm wondering is it only certain industry is eligible to apply for simplify tax invoice.

Travel industry.. why do you need simplified tax invoice? Customs only allow such invoice if a business churn out large volume of invoices/receipts and not practical for business to issue full tax invoice, where customer's name and address are required to be stated.

Normally only businesses that sell to the general public will issue simplified tax invoice, e.g. retail stores, F&B outlets.
