Unable to get help from Customs Office - TAP Log In issue

I haven't been able to log in into TAP since day one after I received the confirmation email from Customs Office. It is now, showing "password attempt exceeded". I have tried everything but none worked.

I have tried emailing to Customs, no reply from them. I went to Customs Office 1st time to find a solution, but they told me that I have to call in. It has been months, but none of the line are being answered.

I went to Customs Office 2nd time, they gave me a slip with details of GST Processing centre. I was told there is no other way to clarify or solve my problem but to write in officially, so we did. We handed in by hand, no one is willing to endorse receive the letter. Done that almost 2 weeks ago, to date not a single reply of acknowledgement from Customs Office.

My problem is way back from Oct 2014. I am wondering if anyone from this forum can help me. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Which office did you call? Kelana Jaya or Putrajaya? Try calling both offices.

Try calling their office as early as 8am. They will not answer phone calls after 8:30am.

Come April, if you still cannot log-in to TAP, submit your return manually.
