Tourist refund scheme

Hi

Do a company selling watches to tourist need to apply to be Approved outlet for Tourist Refund Scheme?

Can the company issue full tax invoice or simplified tax invoice (without approval) ?
Can the tourist claim the tax if they receive the simplified tax invoice (without DG's approval) from normal outlets with the spending of more than RM300?

Yes, you have to register to be an approved outlet.

If we sell dental accessories to Customer from Brunei, whenwe charge them GST, they can claim back the gst or not when leave malaysia?

What Docs. needed to claim?
